1. Services

Frubo Global provides product sourcing, supplier verification, factory audit, quality inspection, and export logistics services to international clients. By submitting a sourcing request or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Enquiries and Proposals

Submitting a sourcing request through our website does not constitute a binding contract. A formal engagement begins only upon written agreement on scope, fees, and timelines. We do not charge for initial supplier shortlists unless agreed otherwise.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete product specifications. Frubo Global is not liable for sourcing errors arising from incomplete or misleading information provided by the client.

4. Supplier Relationships

Frubo Global acts as a sourcing intermediary. We verify suppliers to our standards, but we do not guarantee the performance of any third-party manufacturer. We will actively support dispute resolution in the event of quality or delivery issues.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, product specifications, pricing, or business details shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Frubo Global's liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, production delays, or downstream supply chain disruptions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morbi, Gujarat, India.
